When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Name, company, and role (optional)
• Technical information such as IP address, User-Agent, and UTM parameters (automatically collected)

3. Why we collect it

We process this data in order to:

• Send you product updates and early access invitations (based on your consent)
• Understand interest in our product and improve our service (based on our legitimate interest)
• Maintain records of your consent (based on our legal obligation under GDPR)

4. Legal basis

We rely on:

• Consent (for sending emails and updates)
• Legitimate interest (for technical data used to keep the service secure and improve it)
• Legal obligation (to maintain a record of consent)

Your data is stored securely with our service provider, Supabase (acting as a data processor).

We keep your data until you unsubscribe or request deletion, and in any case no longer than 12 months after the public launch of our product.

We do not sell your data. Your data may be processed by our service provider Supabase, acting on our behalf and under data protection agreements. If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, this will be done with appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
